As part of our ongoing efforts in assessing and improving upon client experience, Cresa sends a survey to each client at the conclusion of a transaction. The survey includes five areas of service delivery: integrity, market and transaction knowledge, quality of deliverables, responsiveness, and understanding of the client’s needs. To date, the response rate has been in excess of 21%, with an average score on all five sections of 4.67 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. We are very proud of these exceptional results and will continue to work towards continually exceeding our clients’ expectations.
